★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not surprised to read there are other bad reviews about the customer service. I don’t usually write reviews about anything. I went in today, not one person said hello, not one person offered to help, after I worked out what I needed I walked up to the counter and all of the works just stood there gossiping amongst themselves behind the counter. One of the workers saw me and walked away so he could continue gossiping! I stood behind the young blonde girls counter for a while but nobody even acknowledged me. They continued to tap away at their computers, gossip amongst themselves and pretend I don’t exist. I realised my custom wasn’t valued, so I left…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With Covid here businesses are asking people to shop local. I have tried to do this in most instances BUT, some businesses just do not want to help locals. It seems some businesses want to be propped up by government handouts instead of doing what they are employed to do. After trying to contact them by phone, waiting in total well over an hour to speak to someone. I gave up and drove to the store where two female assistants were busy on the phone. Their male counterparts were out the back and I stood alone in the shop for over 20 minutes before being acknowledged. I am a regular customer but will be no longer. I will still try to shop local but if I cant I will shop online before going back into your store.

I needed a battery.
I came with a pic of dead battery.
And rego. They have a database that matches the right battery for your car. The database recommended a higher specific CCA. 20 % off a car goes a treat with 40 months warranty. Nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using online click and collect from repco, supposed to be 30mins...
Waited all the next day to be called up and told they're not processing click and collect until the assistant manager comes in the following day.
Have received no further info on my order, was on hold for 16mins the 2nd time calling and then they just hung up on me.
Live rurally so don't want to make the trip into town just to be given the same rubbish.
Now have emails saying my order is cancelled and refunded, yet I haven't been called with any info, or received squat in my bank account.....
Shocking customer service and lack of communication.
It's really simple, I won't be back.
