Every time i"ve been to this store service person name Imraan had always looked after me and few times he had recomended benifit buys for the cars i own .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Might just be this particular day but was put on hold then forgotten about so hung up rang back an let them know I was forgotten but no apology an then gave my order number an left on hold for a while, got that all cleared up went down not even busy an lady behind counter just talking to someone as im waiting for service then man comes back from his break then I get served. Dont like to moan about it cause I work in a similar industry but I was annoyed so thats why im here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I bought an Air Filter for my car, the first filter was the wrong size (my bad) so I went back into the store to tell the CSR that the filter was the wrong size and in doing so I took my old filter in so the replacement was exact, the guy who served me the second time I went back into the store was a champion, he was on-to-it, I went back outside to fit the new filter into my car, but I was having trouble trying to close and clamp the housing that the filter sits in, third time around I went back inside and the guy who served me the second time came out to assist with a bit of fiddling around with the new filter the guy managed to fit it into the housing and close/clamp the housing in place.
A huge thanks to the guy (whom I didn't ask for his name or see a name badge on his uniform) he showed great Customer Service.
You're a CHAMPION.
