★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to Sam to get a builder report done just before Level 4 lockdown came into effect so he was unfortunately not able to do the report for me, but he nevertheless continued to provide support and advice via text and over the phone. He certainly looks out for his customers best interests and I would not hesitate to reach out to him anytime I needed a report, renovation, or repair!
