Any problem, big or small is dealt with in a very professional way with a positive outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rescom Security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Really friendly installation engineer Cons: Company charged me over double the labour time it actually took because 'it was in the quote'. (I was home during so I saw how long it took) Beware of relying on the honesty of the labour charge, do your research if you decide to choose this company and agree on a reasonable time. Citizens advice will support you if you've been given unnecessary labour charges if you find out after the fact. Very friendly sales front, not friendly or understanding customer service response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had them install an alarm system in our new home. The service was excellent qoted and installed quickly and works as the manager said it would. I would certainly recommend them. I have no idea about whether they did the job quicker than quoted as a previous review complained but they just kept to the quote which I think is fine. Thanks guys.
