β β β β β Dropped in to purchase some thinner for a painting job and was told that they couldn't help me find an appropriate thinner nor actually sell me any because I wasn't purchasing any paint at the same time and to quote the shop assistant, "Even account holders can be drug manufactures".
1. I fail to see how buying paint suddenly stops someone manufacturing drugs if they just want the thinner. Wouldn't they just throw the paint away? 2. It's bad form to suggest your customers are drug users. 3. If I was, which I'm not a drug dealer nor user I'm hardly going to buy product where you have on record my name, address, phone number etc.
I have pumped tens of thousands of product sales through Resene over the years and the experience I had was let's just say just plain awful!!!

The shop also has a small but very useful range of painting accessories so you can make this a one-stop-shop for your painting needs and they also keep very good hours. β β β β β Phoned to enquire about a product- lady put it aside for me and when I got there they were so busy.Was really happy with the way the staff handled the mad rush - the lady I had spoken to on the phone earlier found the product and sorted me out while multitasking - grateful that she was so efficient :-)

β β β β β Purchased 2 x 1 liter stain and varnish in one... was served by a young girl called Leila or something and she was very rude and unhelpful, l dont go to this place try miter10 or bunnings. It cost me over $40 more to buy here than it would have at miter10. What a utter rip of from the so called trade suppliers. Last time they will ever get my custom.
