★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a restaurant and $10 was deducted immediately only to receive a call the day before the booking that the restaurant is closed for renovation. Contacted restaurant hub through their website (as they dont take phone call instructions) and no response received yet. $10 may not b much for some but it is a matter of principle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to book an early bird table (50% off) for Lulu through Restaurant Hub as it explicitly stated in their website that this is offered. I was encountering technical errors while doing so and when I contacted them about it they just told me there is no early bird offer for Lulu when there actually is according to their website. Misleading and dodgy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Chicking Manukau with a coupon claimed on the 17/12/21. They don’t even know who restaurant hub is. They told me that the coupon is not valid when it clearly showed the date on the coupon. Extremely embarrassing. False information. Not using them again.
I would like to hear back about their response as they spoke to manager on the phone and even he wasn’t aware of this coupon advertised on restaurant hub

In past I have worked in other companies and have tried other reservation systems .. this was the first time we tried this reservation system for our newly opened venue .. from signing up till now they have been nothing but helpful. I was boarded by Deahlea who was very kind and informative.. then helped by Scott &Jenny promptly to set up my gift card system .. had couple of confusion regarding monthly payment but was sorted by Mark. Today my booking system was showing some technical issue and when I rang their number which I was not actually expecting to get picked coz their hours are Monday to Friday .. CRYSTAL picked up.. and seemed liked it was her day off and she was resting while I called but she still helped me fix my issue without fuss.. so thank you ? the whole team.
