The guys at revive were very professional and did a very good job. They came and fixed a botched window and finished it off better than before with better materials. Highly recommended!

We have had nothing but trouble with the installation of our house lot of new windows purchased from Revive. Their installation crew were NOT tradesmen and made botch up after botch up - we are now 4 months down the track and still trying to get things finalized to a standard we will accept. They promised the earth to get our business and failed to deliver. I wouldn't recommend Revive, be cautious and suggest you don't make final payment until you are 100% satisfied with your job.

My dad is a stroke victim and called these guys out for a quote, dad gave Keith my name and number as I take care of his affairs, Keith called me about dad's quote. When I explained to him my dad has no money to pay for new joinery and being in a resthome cannot do alterations, Keith told me he had just wasted an hour of his time! I'm sorry Keith but if you offer free quote sometimes you get this! Having worked in the building industry customer service and understanding goes a long way, having a go at someone that does need new joinery does not! I will take my business elsewhere!

Excellent communication, delivered on time and great installation job. Would 100% recommend this company. We have used several joinery companies over the last 3 years and these guys are by far and above the best. Thanks again guys

The customer service really let these guys down. Communication was patchy, we didn't get everything we asked for the first time, expectations weren't accurately communicated regarding install time-frames and fixes required to walls etc. The guys who did the install were really good, they problem solved on the fly and came up with creative solutions. Very happy with the install. I got the feeling that managements priority was completing the install quicker rather than focusing on a good quality job. Would I recommend?...maybe but with caution

An extremely poor experience all around. We had every window and door in our property replaced with double glazed units (16 windows and 5 doors, 21 in total) Not the cheapest quote, but we thought that a big company would give us a first class service. Boy were we wrong. We received one days notice of their arrival to install the replacements. The following day we had 19 of the 21 units ripped out and replaced, causing damage to the brickwork around most of the window openings on the outside. It was extremely upsetting to arrive home and discover broken brickwork and poorly finished joinery, due to the rush to get the job done. Over the next three days that their installers were on our property, they installed one further window (which was installed causing the mitre joints to be opened by spreading the window to fit the opening) the front door and the remaining architraves around the inside of the windows and doors and the hardiepanel strips above windows and doors. My wife arrived home on two occasions to find the installers sitting under a tree in the garden and I'm not sure how else they filled their day in because it wasn't with quality workmanship. We had to get remedial work carried out twice. Once to fix up the initial work and once to fix the remedial work. The damage to our brickwork was patched up with render nearly three months after the job was started and will be very noticeable around the house even after we paint over the existing bricks because of change in texture. The joinery from NZ windows seemed to be of good quality, but the amateurish way that it was thrown in and finished has been very upsetting. They didn't even clean up after themselves. I will most certainly not recommend this company to anyone renovating a property.

Horrible customer service and communication, would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not make contact, any small piece of information or change I wanted to make, I had to reach out and then follow up again and again and again, mostly unsuccessfully. When we ordered the windows they told us they would be installed β€˜within 4-6 weeks’. 6 weeks later I followed up and was told that there were delays due to COVID and the new installation date was unknown but several months away. They never told me this until I got in touch. It ended up taking 5 months and I had no updates from them in this time. It was only when I called them that they finally made the appointment. They were happy to hold onto my deposit of course and no discount or even apology was offered. Then they install scaffolding which has to cut straight through our neighbours property, turn up to install the windows and then it was β€œoh one of your frames has been broken so we can’t do it today”. How long until that will be replaced? Of course they were unable to give any timeframe and refused to get the scaffolding taken down in the mean time. It took 2 weeks for our last window to be installed and then the scaffolding was left for another week with no explanation despite me following up every day. The installation itself was okay but they weren’t neat about it, they took our brand new tiles off the wall and replaced them sloppily, and then left a weird gap with no architrave until we asked for it specifically when they came back with the last window. We were not consulted as to the size of the indoor framing and it just doesn’t fit in the kitchen. To top it all off, months before the windows were installed I sent an email asking for a change of window type, which I of course received no reply to. When booking the appointment over the phone I asked about it again and Andre who is the manager said β€œoh yes don’t worry we can just replace that any time” so they just installed our original order. Several times after that I asked what was happening with that and was told the window type we wanted was on order and would be replaced whenever it arrived. THEN I get an email from Josh in sales and he’s giving me a quote of $700 for the replacement window and needs me to accept that before the order can be placed. So not only did Andre completely LIE saying they were on order, he also completely neglected to mention that there would be an extra cost for this change. Had I known this from the start I would have asked them not to install it until the new glass arrived so I didn’t have to pay for the first glass. But instead he insisted it would be fine and brushed it off like no big deal when I brought it up?! Infuriating!! When paying thousands and thousands for something you expect at least some level of customer service but this company has 0. So disappointing.
