Had the integrity NOT to repair our machine as it was more economic to buy a new one, but were very helpful and accommodating during the process.
If you would like an old school, knowledgeable and helpful repairer - this is totally 100% the way to go

My machine is sewing beautifully again! These guys operate from a home workshop which makes it really easy to drop off and pick up, even on a Saturday.
