Wonderful place for learning all about horses

I went to the September holiday programme last year, having being recommended this place. The first thing the instructor, Angie said to me after a mumbled "hello" was "your chaps are on the wrong feet", which they weren't. I pretended to fix them, and then the other girls arrived. They seemed nice. But the first problem was I had girls younger than me bossing me about. They were riding after me and the other girls. Anyway, we went to catch our mounts. I told Angie I was a capable rider and could catch a horse myself, but, nonetheless, she ignored me and sent another girl to catch the pony with me. We tacked up the horses, Angie treating me like a baby, and mounted, Angie still treating me like a baby. We walked to the arena, and Angie pulled out her phone and started texting a friend. She told the four girls riding after me and the other girls to instruct us! I was like, what is going on here. We walked 3/4 of the time, and then did a bit of trotting. I told Angie I was a capable-ish rider, and could canter and jump. But she didn't even look up from her phone as she said I couldn't. We then played some baby-ish mounted games, and dismounted. That was riding over, and out of 4 hours, only one and a half of them was spent riding! I was like hello, this is meant to be a horse-riding holiday programme! Once we untacked the horses, we had like half and hour of unsupervised lunch break, and then Angie came ambling in with glue, pens and ribbons, and a stack of coloured paper. She announced we were making goal boards! I thought to myself, this isn't an arts and crafts session, lady! We did that for about an hour, and then did some basic horsemanship. We all already knew the things she said to us! We then finished earlier than we were meant to, so the other group tacked up their horses, and we had to watch them ride for half and hour before we went home! I was quite peeved off as the day had cost $90! I could spend $10 doing arts and crafts at home if I wanted to do it that badly! It was SUCH a ripoff! And, I really don't get how people have given this place a 5 star review and can recommend it! Was Angie just being like this to our group, of have they been treated like this for so long that they have just gotten used to it?
