They seduce you with a slick sales deck and signup process, as well as very competitive pricing. Once you get to actual accounting however the story is far from that.
To cut a long story short, I ended up with an unexpected Tax bill of about $10k due to incompetence from RightWay. Of course RightWay had no liability as they make sure of that within the terms and conditions you sign when you join.
If I had to do it all again, I'd stick with a solid chartered account and avoid these guys at all cost. Choosing right way is actually the wrong way to run a business.
