About Riverside Cherries
We are a family owned and operated cherry orchard with 10 different cherry varieties grown on 7 hectares of land close to the city of Hastings. What started out as a hobby in 2000 has now become quite an industry as we grow, pick and pack all our own cherries.
Our orchard and home sits peacefully beside the beautiful Ngaruroro River which has its source from the Kaweka, Kaimanawa and Ruahine Ranges .
We built our eco friendly strawbale home in 1999, milling the required timber from trees on the property.
Friendly ducks forage in the orchard and keep pests at bay as well as supply us with eggs in the spring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, very disappointed. I purchased their cherries last year and they were so good. So, this Christmas we ordered 2 boxes. They weren't freshly picked. Many were soft or dented. Many went to waste. Never again.
