★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just recently I came to Riverside Dental Care to have a jaw splint made up. The team have been so professional and lovely to deal with throughout the process and my jaw has already seen improvement. Thank you especially to Maia and Mike, you have both helped me so much and I really appreciate the extra effort put in to make sure my splint was fitting properly and working as it should :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t think anyone loves going to the dentist but I find Barbara is so good I am almost tempted to say I love going. She is knowledgeable, gentle and explains everything so well. I also really appreciate how balanced she is and that she provides and range of treatment options rather than just the expensive ones.
I’ve been going to this practice for a number of years and have never had reason to complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned Riverside Dental late on Wednesday and had never used them before. The lady was very friendly and managed to squeeze me in at 10:30am the next day which was great. She said to come in 15 mins earlier to complete the new patient and COVID paperwork.
The surgery was easy to find and plenty of parking. I was greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist and Mike the practice manager.
The reception filled up and there were no spare seats so Mike offered us his chair from behind reception which was very nice.
My dentist Maia and the dental technician were both very friendly. I ended up needing just a quick fix which was painless and easy but will certainly be back for a full check up and would highly recommend Riverside Dental.
My daughter has also been there and she had a great experience as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time at Riverside Dental Care and felt very welcome. I am in a wheelchair, have MS, and moved after my former dentist made it hard work for wheelchair users. From the easy entrance and friendly welcome by Nicki on reception, to the very smooth transfer to the dentist chair. Maia my dentist put me at ease immediately. I previously dreaded my visit to the dentist , but the friendly and professional service of this Dentist is second to none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and team. Very friendly reception and practice manager. Dentist Barbara is really lovely, very kind. Very high level of technology, knowledge and expertise available at the practice to offer patients a holistic service. As an anxious patient I was greeted with a warm smile from everyone at the practice with every effort made to put me at ease. Barbara’s doggy is beautiful ?. Cannot recommend this practice or team highly enough huge thank you from me ?
I recently reviewed this practice above and wanted to leave a further review after a visit Friday but not tech savvy. Jo and Barbara are amazing very kind and patient. Explaining everything and Barbara listens to your concerns and works with you to achieve desired results. Pain free and competitive pricing. I had a traumatic experience with the dentist ages ago, and chose to suffer the pain (toothache) for years. Riverside Dental, took good care of me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked and appointment with Riverside Dental to check another dentists work to which was causing me discomfort. Barbara was excellent. She explained clearly and effectively what was causing the pain and gave me several options for fixing the issues. The team and staff their were welcoming and professional and they have great facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to Riverside was really very very pleasant. Reception staff knew exactly what was going on with covid regulations and myself as a new patient. My time with the lovely young lady dentist was equally as good. I was very impressed with her empathy and the extremely thorough examination she made before we discussed options for my treatment. I was pleasantly surprised when I got home to find the plan we had agreed on was in my e-mail along with estimated costs - very efficient. Whilst I never look forward to going to the dentist, I am confident my treatment will continue as well as my first impressions!
