β β β β β I had asked for gel nails which was $15 and she did my nails acrylic and charged me $55 for acrylics that I didn't ask for and we had booked a 1:30 appointment cause my sister had work at 3 and she got to my sister about 10 past 2 and lucky for her she arrived on time for work but she knew we had booked but still took her time in getting to us to pick our colour for our nails

β β β β β you book an appointment for a specific time but they're still not done with the other clients so you end up waiting an hour and a half ? the recent price increase to $60 is TOO MUCH!!! Whats so good about the lashes? They've been on for 3 days and already coming out. never going back!! They take on too much they can handle I'm pretty sure it's a health and safety issue!!!

β β β β β Will never go back.. they will rush you and try to do 2-4 clients at the same time and tell you ti wait 5mins whilst your nails are still in step 2. Not professional I feel sorry for everyone going here because I understand itβs the only nail salon in town. Someone please start something ? so We have a place actually worth going too ??

β β β β β Retards honestly. Had my nails done here a couple of times and it was TRASH. Broken and crooked nails with so many layers of cheap polish that it looked like waves on my nail. Then recently made the mistake of getting my eyelashes done, I told them I wasnβt sure about sizing and to give me the smallest ones. She referred back to hers which were size 15, and their sizes are from 11-16. So I asked for 11. At the end my lashes were longer than the ladies and filled in to the extreme. They were horrendous and it took them about 2.45 min to 3 hours on those uncomfy beds

β β β β β 0stars. I got eyelash extensions for $60 and they came out 2days later. Iβve had nails done here and the are so horrible.also a long waiting time when you have a booked time you still have to wait. Absolutely pathetic!!!!! Never coming back again !!!! If you ever do get eyelash extensions get Lilly sheβs the only one who knows what sheβs doing. The old lady and the other daughters are useless

β β β β β I made an appointment for 4.30pm today & they made me pay straight away & then had me waiting a whole hour & still wasnβt free to do my lashes ??ββοΈ I just asked for my money back & left. Absolutely terrible service & experience. They need to learn not to overbook themselves & not have their customers waiting, especially those who made an appointment. Wonβt be back ever again.
