★ ★ ★ ★ ★ נרשמתנו לחווה הזו באתר של I_SITE הגענו לחווה שהיא נמצאת כ 10 ק"מ מהעיר MOTUEKA בלב עמק יפה שנהר זורם בו , הגענו בשעות הערב לחוה שנמצאת בקצה דרך עפר על ראש גבעה המשקיפה על עדרי הכבשים והצבאים השייכים לחווה
קיבלה אותנו בעלת הבית בסר פנים יפות ובלבביות הראתה לנו את הצימר שכולו עשוי מעץ כמו בית החווה עצמו המקום והצימר מקסימים וכוללים גם ארוחת בוקר ,בעלי הבית מאד חמים ולבביים ,עשינו כמעט עד ה חשכה טיול באזור החווה ליד היער ששייך גם להם
בערב הכנתי סטייקים על האש היה מאד מוצלח ומומלץ
 We registered for this farm on the I_SITE website. We arrived at a farm that is about 10 km from the city of MOTUEKA in the heart of a beautiful valley where a river flows, we arrived in the evening at a farm at the end of a dirt road on top of a hill overlooking the flocks of sheep and deer belonging to the farm
The landlady welcomed us with a beautiful and cordial face and showed us the B&B which is all made of wood like the farmhouse itself The place and B&B are lovely and also include breakfast, the owners are very warm and cordial, we made almost until dark a trip to the farm near the forest that belongs to them
In the evening I made steaks on the fire was very successful and recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the duck breasts confit style cooked in oven for 15 mins at 170 deg celcius. Didn’t grill skin to make crispy but it tasted as good as roast Peking duck in Beijing.
