★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous place an absolute must stop and do a tour if they are operating or plan your trip around it. We just happened to be in the right place at the right time, not a tour day but the lovely housekeeper went out of her way to show another couple through and we were able to join in. Heaps of gift shopping and a fabulous restaurant. We ended up there for about 2 hours plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't sure if it would be my thing....but it was absolutely amazingly wonderful. Dot is such a lovely lady who is so down to earth and great to chat to.
The castle is unbelievably beautiful and totally warm and welcoming. Will definitely be back. Great value for money and a special memory to treasure.

Grow veggies for the nice restaurant, although the restaurant was shut when I was there so cannot comment on the food but it looked really good inside as I snapped a pic through the window. Great big playground with a difference, for the kids,they will love the play ground. Some nice gardens to look around as well. The shops are packed with stock of all sorts. I liked it so it got 5 stars. Will recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous tour of the castle, just amazing. Then a delicious late lunch at the Riverstone Kitchen, OMG just yummy, generous portions, pleasant cheerful staff, Ostler Rise to go with it. Highly recommended place to dine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it there. Great gardens which are wonderfully laid out. The kitchen/cafe is closed Tuesday and Wednesday so that will be next time. But the gift shops were really WOW. Could have spent a good couple of hours going through the three of them. There is some really great items there from kitchen to garden to gifts to religious. Thank you for the chance to do this.
