★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karyn is an amazing Chiropractic! Helped me for years now. Have been to a few osteopaths and chiropractors over the years when I had back and neck issues. Often found them quite rough. Karyn is great a being careful when you have a injury. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I was exhausted from chronic pain, tight muscles, pins and needles in hand.
I've had deep tissue massage, acupuncture and been to another chiropractor (not in Rolleston)
I've had one session here and I'm stunned.
For me personally the difference.
I actually have energy, I was in bed by 8pm each night and woke up tired.
I'm refreshed, muscles are not as tight and my face isn't looking tense.
My experience may take a few sessions for others but trust me when I say this blair technique works and I'm really excited about continuing this journey of healing my body
