It was a great reassurance to have trusted and experienced funeral directors like Robert J Cottons Ltd, who showed such professionalism, respect and thoughtfulness throughout. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, some family members in Australia and relatives in Auckland could not attend the service – we appreciate RJC’s technology so that the service could be televised live for them. And we are grateful for RJC’s understanding of cultural traditions and meeting the wishes of the family with respect and compassion. Thank you for taking a difficult day, and making it a wonderful send-off for Uncle Willie and a comforting celebration of his life, which we will always remember and cherish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very respectful team and venue was very clean and comfortable. The audio and video worked well with a good size screen for all to see. Wheelchair accessibility is also a very good benefit. Classy hearse that looks magnificent and overall a very sad day was given a real lift by the team and venue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cotton's took such amazing care of us when my grandfather received a terminal diagnosis. They handled everything so professionally and with such care, humour and love that it made such a huge difference. Small personalised touches everywhere helped us to feel like they really cared about us and our family. They've now helped us again with the same care and support now that my grandmother has passed.
While I hope it's a long time before I have to call them again, I cannot recommend Cotton's enough.
