★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don 't even deserve the 1 star. Promised more than they could deliver, blamed their incompetence on Covid and when our stuff finally arrived after 5 months delay, it was damaged. I tried to contact them but there is zero customer service. We even had insurance but there is just no response to my emails or phone calls. Never again.

Within a week of contacting them our goods were packed into a container and on their way to the port. Everyone from Vicki who coordinated everything and the packing team lead by Kong and Dilsher were really professional, sincere, and a pleasure to work with.

As a first time business owner with no importing experience, the Rocket Freight team have been quick and extremely professional with any questions that I have had and also helped me out of a tight spot regarding a sea freight order that I made a month before I even knew what a customs broker was!
