P	Paul Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my two girls here today but found it to be really under staffed. The guy that fitted the harnesses moved really slowly like he just wasn't interested at all. He was busy serving people at the main desk when we needed the kids harnesses rechecked after they took them off after using the toilet so we waited excessive amount of time here. There were two other staff there but they seemed busy in the other climbing area. In the hour we were there we didn't see any staff casually walk though and see if anyone needed any assistance. The slide was broken but none of the staff really explained it to the kids waiting in line. The staff seemed to just disappear again. Obviously they are not overly focused on peoples safety. I felt like asking for our money back. Parents beware your pretty much on your own here. Won't be going back.

In terms that you should really shackle and unshackle for all the climbs. But you get the feel for it quite quick. Lots of good climbs and varied on the clip and climb. Definitely recommended. You have an hour and that really is a lot of climbing and unshackling for kids and parents alike.value good too.

We did the extra slide and jumps and the girls absolutely loved it! The kids area is awesome for adult climbing too if you're not a serious climber, I got the kids clipped up then enjoyed myself too! Really appreciate the service, easy booking and great facilities.

Friendly and helpful staff onsite to help out and whilst we didn't utilize the Cafe, it's great to have somewhere parents can grab a coffee if they're not climbing.
