★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a ballayage this morning. My stylist was Gail Martin who was extremely experienced and super friendly. It was my first time EVER getting colour put into my hair so I was VERY nervous. But Gail really helped keep me relaxed and enjoy the experience. I couldn't recommend Rodney Wayne BrownsBay more!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have finally found my perfect hairdresser. It has taken 40 years, but I got there in the end. Gaol at Rodney Wayne is amazing. She listens to exactly what you want and is an absolute pleasure to sit with. She is friendly, and also doesn't mind silence.
The rest of the staff are friendly and professional.....totally recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously can not recommend these guys enough. They are the only people I trust with my hair. I came to them a few years ago with very damaged and box dyed hair and they worked absolute magic. Now my hair is exactly where I want it to be and is looking and feeling super helpful. I see Mica but all the stylists are great, and they all step in to make the process quicker for me. Always feel super cared for and trust them completely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's so important to find a hairdresser you can trust and I am so relieved to have found Rodney Wayne Browns Bay! The staff are all so lovely and I can literally sit in the chair and say "do what you think" without a second thought! Mica is a colour magician and Heidi gives the best head massage when washing your hair! Such a great, bubbly team! I couldn't reccomend them enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing experience! Gail was awesome - super knowledgeable and I love how she explains everything out to you. She picked a style for me and it suits me so well. First time in over 3 years I’ve actually loved my haircut so have definitely found my hairdresser. The team here at RW Browns Bay are so friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend :)
