★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend Roger kenning at all! He did a pre purchase building inspection on my first home. He came across very friendly at first but later on he was very difficult to get a hold of, ignored all my calls. He arrived to do our pre purchase check which was complete within 10minutes! (My first home so was not aware how long it should take) he said the house was great and found no problems.Once we were in our first family home we found he didn't mention a lot of damage in our roof and the roof had major leaks and the Centre beam was full of rot. He agreed to fix damage free of charge (besides materials)as he failed to pick it up in report. We arranged for him to come in and fix it when it suited him but he never showed up or returned any of my phone calls. I've heard around from other clients of his that he is very unprofessional and is a very difficult person to get a hold of. Be aware that this man has no disregard of other people and only cares about his pockets at the end of the day. This was my family's first home and now we are stuck with a leaky home and a massive bill to repair our rotten Centre roof beam. Thanks Roger for really screwing over a young family only trying to get ahead in life and to provide for our babies. I hope writing this review will prevent people from having work done by Roger kenning and being in this situation that we are now in.
