He has a true mortgage advisor working for you and with you in your interest when others give you a fairytale. He is true and upfront from the first call and delivered what was promised.
For a first home buyer it is a overwhelming process but Rohit gave me a solution to every problems I faced or at least put me in the right direction where I can seek an answer.
I wanted a preast to visit the house for spiritual cleansing and pray for the prosperity. He even managed that for me!!
I stumbled upon his Facebook add when I had given up on my dream of owning a home after pedantic needs of other brokers and banks. After going through this process with Rohit I realized that I was running around for nothing in the first 5% of the process. Banks and Brokers out there want to see a organized file with all the requirements before they can give you some hope and they would want you to run around and bring stuff for them and then they can say yes or no to what you have provided to make their job easier. I thought you higher a adviser to make your job easier ?
With Rohit I had a 15 minute conversation and he told me from what you told me I can get you what you are looking for. He was slowly building up my profile in each interaction before the submission day.
I would highly recommend him over any other known mortgage broking firm due to what I have experienced.
As its said first impression is last impression and this interaction was definitely the one worth remembering.
