β β β β β The perfect place to stay when exploring Rotorua and surrounds. Clean, spacious, and all the comforts you will need. Grant the host is extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Easy walk into town yet quiet enough as well. Highly recommend to anyone, especially families. Thank you Grant for a great stay!

β β β β β Absolutely loved staying at this apartment. Grant was really helpful, even picked us up from airport. Very relaxing, and great to have access to Netflix. Great wifi, amazing shower, comfy beds, warm, and all the facilities you need. Also location is excellent.

Very clean and warm, love the decor, close to Cbd but still very quiet, and close to the hospital. My sister, nephew and I had been down the East Coast had a hectic weekend before we head back to Wellington, we were too tired to use the spa but will definitely use and book to stay next time.

β β β β β The apartment was very clean and comfortable, was well decorated and had a homely feel about it. Bonus to have a good working heat pump to keep us warm. Nice big outdoor spa which was lovely and warm. Close to town which was very handy. Will definitely be staying again!

β β β β β We spent an extended time there and Grant and Michelle are both amazing, really great host, great communication, any issues are sorted quickly. The property is furnished really nicely with modern heat pump heating and air conditioning.
We are hoping to go back as soon as we can.
