★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to many dentists in my life. I can honestly say there are only two dentists I would recommend to a friend of which one is at this dentistry. Johannes was super gentle and I will recommend him to everyone who goes to a a dentist in rotorua. The cost was nothing to cry about either and he will be my preferred dentist for the rest of my life. Considering I am 24 and what he had done for me. Looking in the mirror is not something I'm ashamed about. People seeing my teeth is something I won't be in fear of anymore.

Vanessa, the hygienist was very approachable and friendly, and explained things well. Following this, I also had an appointment with Kirsty and found her the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a cracked tooth over the Xmas period and was able to get into Lumino on Ranolf first day back at work. The receptionist, the chair side and the dentist were so nice. Made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in. The dentist was gentle and went beyond what a lot of other dentists would have done . Highly recommend this awesome team.

Gave top service to me which was very much appreciated. I was a bit sceptical after a previous rip off Dental experience. The staff were so accommodating and their pricing was very much reasonable. Thank you all so much I will definitely recommend your friendly dental services.
