★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi! After being disregarded in compensation for the results of my hair I thought I would post my experience.
I was charged $240 to get my hair lightened (something that the hairdresser has previously achieved) with a full head of foils and the result was far from what I had asked for. I was left with an orange tinged dip-dye (see photos). I was still charged and sent away. When I voiced my concerns I was told to come back the following week to have this fixed.
For the second time, I drove 45 minutes and spent another 4+ hours in the salon, hoping to receive what I had initially asked for. However, when my hair was done being “fixed” it appeared darker than my natural hair. Therefore, achieving the exact opposite of what I had asked for! From here I was assured that when the toner washed out my hair would lighten.
At present, the toner has washed out and instead of ‘lightning’ my hair went orange… again… So, I have has to correct this with a new stylist who was so shocked she convinced me to ask for a refund, considering I have received nothing from this service, other than damaged hair and an empty bank account.
Please note I write this reluctantly as I have a good relationship with individuals involved in this matter in the past, however, I must voice my concern as they haven’t delivered the service I asked for …. At all.
