I want to just take the time and Give Ryan an excellent review. Ryan saw me during the Level Four Lock down I have a Plumbing Company here in Rotorua and had gotten a flat tyre travelling to one of the properties I service under my maintenance contract. I rung Ryan up and he rescheduled so I could be back on the road as soon as possible which I greatly appreciated. I explained to him my needs for the tyres on my vehicle and he listened to my preference in a way I felt like I was being listened to. I had a specific type of tyre I had grown accustomed to and preferred that. Ryan listening to my needs suggested a different type of tyre that he thought would be better suited to my situation. I reluctantly agreed and I tell you what I am so glad I did, and that Ryan took the time out to bother to convince me. One of the areas I travel out to under my maintenance contract is Ruatahuna which is was way out bush. It is 95km of winding, unsealed road which is very scary even when dry. I had to travel out here on Monday 4th May, and it was extremely heavy Rain, and thunderstorms. I can honestly say I was scared for my life but the new tyres that Ryan had suggested and had put on my van at a very reasonable price, are probably the only reason I am still here today. In the extreme conditions of heavy rain on a gravel road I felt like the van was traveling on train tracks it was that stable there was no sliding which is even common on this road in the dry. Overall, Ryan had excellent customer service, excellent pricing and went above and beyond for me and I am extremely grateful

Took 10mins to fix our flat tyre. Was honest and straight up, friendly and informative.
Meet up with us easily and quickly, despite all other tyre place being closed. He was available on call without an excessive call out fee and for that I would refer any of my friends, or family if they get a flat tyre near Rotorua
