★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own and operate a Tattoo Studio in Wellington City. We use an Autoclave to sterilise utensils and equipment for the tattoo process. We had our Autoclave serviced a couple of months ago at SGR in Petone and have had nothing but issues since with the machine. It was running perfectly for an entire year since it was purchased and immediately after being serviced here at SGR it started having problems. The machine was taken back to SGR again after this service to be repaired and again we're having issues. Leaking water, error lights and just this morning the seal have come off the door completely making it unusable. DO NOT have your autoclave serviced here at SGR.
