About S Lindsey Motor Services
In 1985, I established S Lindsey Motor Services in England and traded as a full mechanical/paint and body repair shop right up to the time I came to New Zealand. Since immigrating to New Zealand I always had the goal of reopening a workshop and in July 2009 S Lindsey Motors Services opened at 6-8 Commerce Street, Tokoroa.
The aim of my business is to provide a “one stop repair shop” for your vehicle that also delivers on excellent service and competitive prices.

While travelling between Auckland and Wellington in my light truck broke fan belt in Atiamuri on a Friday night and towed into S Lindsey Motor Services first thing Saturday morning. Never been there before. No appointment. Proprietor, Stu, just opening up and graciously chose to attend to my problem before his scheduled customers. Identified I had wrong fan belt and his associate got correct one from local supplier. Replaced fan belt, checked oil and water and had me on my way in no time. Wonderful service from a professional and a gentleman.
