β β β β β Buyers beware the service at mosgiel saddlery warehouse was terrible I was sold a damaged saddle that had deep creases down the flap, the lady told me to oil it so I did and it did not fix it, so I returned it and the lady told me they couldn't except it back because i had oiled it i had to argue my case for 40 mins before they agreed to take photos i refused to take the $700 saddle back, 4dsys later they agreed that it was badly damaged and they would replace it, it's been 3 weeks of getting stuffed around and still no saddle! I've never ever exspeariensed anything quite like this.
If buying gear make sure you thoroughly check it over and don't be pushed into anything!

β β β β β I popped into Saddlery Warehouse recently to grab a Christmas gift. I was amazed at the range on offer and the friendliness of the staff. When the item I wanted want in the size I needed the store assistant offered to have it couriered in from another branch. Great service, I will definitely be back!

β β β β β Won't purchase anything here again. I brought a lead rope which after two weeks the clip had sized. All refunds and faults have to go through head office. After six days of being fed up with no response I phoned the shop. There was no way they would refund the item however they have replaced it. I didn't want a replacement as obviously they were of poor quality. They should be able to deal with issues on site.

β β β β β Tony and Jacqui went out of there way for us, they didn't have the size boots I wanted when I was down there ( I live a couple of hours away)and they told me that they were coming up my way so they could drop them off to me, thanks so much, not everyone would do something like that.
