★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just placed an order via the web and paid. Turned up at the store after the time they said it would be ready and Sals hadn't even started cooking it! 40 minutes later and leaving in rush hour traffic. This is nothing but appalling service. So sad as we love Sals but will not be returning.

Showed up to store, staff were standing in front of store eating and licking fingers right before handling pizzas. Just wasn’t a good look for the young staff working

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was passing by during lunch time, the pizza as always was tasty and great, but I gave them 5 stars because of the amazing customer service that I got from "Jay", he went the extra mile to make sure I enjoyed my lunch, great service, great food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for dinner last night and the food was incredible! Was quickly served and they gave me an extra garlic knot and all food was hot. The workers serving me were super nice and the cooks were all super smiley to me. Will be recommending to my friends this specific store! See you soon
