I added sparkling water instead of fizzy. When I got order it was normal water without fizzy. I honestly don’t need normal water because I got water dispenser.
So I called store, a lady picked up and first thing she said was We don’t have sparkling water. And keep saying it again and again.
No apologize, kept saying it’s out of stock. The phone handed over to Manager, he was like we give you $5 discount(water value), just let me know when you order.
But I doubt how he gonna remember it? So I asked refund, he gave me email address that didn’t exist. Yea my email didn’t even delivered
I just don’t understand, if it’s out of stock you should changed your web site. Rather then getting money and send totally different thing then saying out of stock.
I’m a big fan of Sals pizza but I will never over from this brunch, I’d say Most of time I order from here but didn’t have a single good memory.

First time here, prompt, efficient service (I was the only customer).
The "pizza" does not have any taste of cheese, odd seeing it is a cheese pizza! The knots are overpriced, doughy mouthfuls of blandness, zero taste, not the cheesy overload you may imagine. What is it with pizza in N.Z that it all comes out like a cheap South Auckland bakery pizza bread - 90% bread, 10% topping??? And $3.50 for a can of Coke??!!
Look at the underside of the slice - overcooked - if it was naan bread you would enjoy a little crispy burnt bit, not on pizza though.
Thin, with zero taste - branch was clean however, and looks cool. Should be 2/5. but I'm in a good mood oddly.
Left a mediocre taste in my mouth, much like my last rship, I'll amend the review if I go back, and the product has improved. No problem with the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally found a good pizza place and an authentic NY pizza! We ordered the usual cheese and pepperoni half and half pizza — and both ate just mouthwatering. We also had the buffalo wings but wasn’t impressed at all — expensive and not delish. I will not order the wings again, but will surely be back for other flavours of pizza.
UPDATED: If you’re after an authentic New York style pizza, Sal’s is the best place to be. This is my third time with them. Their pizza is huge and almost all flavours are tasty. I will definitely come back to try other flavours. Other than that, forget about the rest on their menu like the wings and all — small servings and pricey. If I didn’t order any side dishes i might give Sal’s 5/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always wanted to try an authentic american style pizza in nz, i used to have them overseas when I was little, so today I bought one, I asked my kids how does it compared to their usual pizza, they all agreed that it has much more pepperoni and doesn't taste just like bread, so it's a thumbs-up from my little ones.
I'll have to say, you get what you pay for, if you rather buy 3 cheap pizzas made with cheap ingredients non authentic taste, that's fine, but for me I appreciate the quality difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just want to give a heads up to those that would love to experience Sals pizza, be sure to be financially prepared on the chosen day okay.
Anyways, this place overall has such a magnificent ambiance, it's got such a relaxing vibe, staff is amazing, the menu is over whelming to begin with lmao, so many to select esp my first experience. I had chosen their "THE SALS NBL STEAL" which was half&half pepperoni and cheese. Allow the pizza to rest for 3-4 mins before taking first bite. First bite for me was heavenly. Best decision made to try it out.
Give it a go. If not sure what to grab, ask staff and they will guide you with their best selling pizza. Also 18 inch pizza is massive as well, grab a half if alone, I dined alongside with my partner which 18 inch was enough for him and I. We are big eaters, trust me, the size is massive than regular pizza hut/domino's pizzas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing, best Sals I have been to. The garlic knots here are incredible, not sure what they do to them but they are delicious. The pizza was put together really well, and tasted delicious as always. Staff were very friendly and made the order really quick, despite it being a Friday night.
