★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service sold me a product that overheated in a matter of seconds and now ignore my attempts for a replacement to be sent out. Dont buy their cheap products they give you zero customer service or assurance they will replace faulty product which is illegal in new zealand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my partner contacted them last week were told to come in today at 10am only to be rudely dismissed by two workers saying she couldn't purchase the item she was told to come in and collect, they said you need to leave and come at 12 even after being told to come in, on top of this they said she'd need to book a time to purchase an item...What an actual joke do not do business with these guys here....Just a bloody joke and terrible service all round. Will never come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Headset died in less than 3 months, which isn't surprising considering it only cost $9. They wouldn't offer a refund, only to "service" it and then replace if they couldn't fix it. Not super helpful, as driving it out there or posting it to them would cost about as much as it's worth, and I'd only have another headset that's probably going to die any day to show for it. Lesson learned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very helpful. They rely on reception/admin staff too much for all enquiries. They are not able to contact anyone else in their business to provide help outside of billing, pickup and point of sale.
That may change, but for now it is a small business that is basically just another 2 dollar shop type setup. Buy, expect a certain level of use, throw item away. The support structure follows this.
