β β β β β Super big and spacious opshop with some awesome things. However this was the second time I got charged around $8 more than what it was supposed to cost for a few shirts off the $1 and $2 racks which seems to be just normal to do. Went home with an annoyed feeling and will not return, I'd rather just have an item tagged properly or told its actually more and be charged fair.

β β β β β Was waiting in line ready to purchase some clothes when the cashier treated the customer in front of me like dirt. The cashier was counting up the total price of the clothing she was buying and the customer got confused thinking that she said one of the items cost $7, when the customer brought it up the cashier held her hand up to the lady with a stern look on her face and said "uh uh, I'm adding it up." and when the lady laughed in realisation the cashier hushed her rudely. The cashier also asked the lady to look for the price tag herself, and told the lady off for interrupting her while she was counting, saying "don't interrupt me while I'm counting, you're distracting me and I can't concentrate" Everything she said was extremely rude and made me and my partner uncomfortable to a point where we put our items away and hung around to make sure the customer wasn't treated badly again. Rating it 2 stars instead of 1 because there is a wide range of products available and I have gotten a few useful items there in the past. I am disappointed in the way these ladies treat some of their customers, especially ones of colour, this tired, antiquated racism is boring and should be worked on. Gross.

β β β β β Over priced. Second hand stores are ment to be for people who cannot afford new items and/or people who dont eant to support large businesses bringing more trash into this world. This is an okay store, however i find it is too expensive and.
