I've shop here because the prices are fair (though some items like electronics and appliances are overpriced) my main complaint is that every time I go here I get overcharged by a couple dollars. Also I don't like the stores layout, it doesn't allow room to browse comfortably especially with a stroller, I often have to leave it by the door and take my LO out which is an inconvenience to me. The staff are fairly nice, some give a smile and some don't, some are friendly and some are not.
Also their delivery service is a bit slow and they need to work on their communication in that department since I've had items not show up on the day we arranged and no contact either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to see if I could get a large sideboard, they had one that I thought would be great but had to measure space it was going to have to fit. No holds. If o was meant to get it then it would be there on Friday it was so I bought it. I think $25 delivery is a bit steep, especially as I am donating
goods for them to sell that will go for over $25.00
