β β β β β I have always been a bit hesitant regarding choosing a realtor, As I envision
it as a long drawn out process, I chose Harcourts because of the profile they have in the community. I talked with Sam and Josh , They viewed the property. Told me their advert plans , and assured me it would sell as it was a property with a lot of pluses. I just left them to it. Being always updated. Long and short of it is , It went to auction , Sold quickly , And at a figure we were very happy with. If I were to sell again I would use them without a doubt. They are both very easy to talk with and I kinda enjoyed the process. Thanks Guys! Well Done!

β β β β β We were first time home buyers on the property hunt in Christchurch for what seemed like a year. It was a daunting process made all the more challenging by all of the extra red tape needing to be cleared when buying a post-earthquake house. We seemed to go from road block to road block and we were about ready to give up until Sam came on board as our buyers agent and what a difference he made!
Instead of continuing to spend all of our free time house hunting and stressing, Sam would find houses that fit our needs perfectly, took us through them and gave us all the info we could ever need. Once we found a house we loved, he helped us navigate through all of the barriers that had been tripping us over before. I couldn't recommend Sam more, he was awesome and truly went above and beyond.
