Your build team did aa great job and were easy to work with. The engineering and build methods are brilliant.

β β β β β We wanted a covered pergola built and after getting a few quotes, we decided to go with Sanctuary Pergolas. I felt Bruce had the professional knowledge, experience and integrity that I could trust. His price was also reasonable. We initially wanted timber framing but Bruce assured us aluminium is the best and we are very glad we heeded his advice. The end result is amazing (pictures don't do any justice) and blew my expectations, which rarely happens. This is due to Bruce's experience, the time and care Bruce and his team took to plan and research the best method of installation and then being built by a registered builder. There was a little cosmetic issue once completed, but Bruce owned it and solved it and made sure I was completely satisfied without making up any excuses. He also did the very best he could in commencing the work in a timely manner for us, particularly during Covid restrictions. So if you are unsure, don't waste time pondering, just do it. Not only will you get to enjoy a beautiful sheltered space but it will also add value to your home. Also, don't waste time looking for other quotes, just go with these guys, you won't go wrong. You will also be supporting a local family owned business. I will be recommending these guys to all my friends and family who are considering a pergola.

β β β β β We chose Sanctuary for it's bulletproof design and being custom made means it could be adapted to our out of level house, also love the flat sheet roofing you suggested! You were with us all the way from design thru installation and even with follow up. We are so amazed with the result, we never thought having a whole extra outdoor space would make such a difference! Bruce is a true artist!

β β β β β I'm really impressed with the professionalism of the team. I get a personal visit by Bruce to do the formal quote. Everything was personalised and customised to perfection. The team who built the pergola itself was the dynamic blessed-duo of Dave and Nifay. These guys really know what they are doing. Nothing but perfection to their craftsmanship. They guys are legends in what they do. Plus, all of them are really nice and genuine people. They are after the customer's happiness before anything else. I am just blown away with the great work they have all put in. The product alone is not any other or ordinary kind of pergola. I've done my homework reaching out to different vendors. I ended picking the one that look so neat and clean. Picking the cheapest is not always the key; you have to be satisfied with the overall work they've done in the past. Their company and brand name speaks out for the end result... you will end up having a sanctuary in your house! Absolutely immaculate. I would recommend them over and over again.
