Used to love coming here with family (5 stars!) to get some awesome bargains, but over the last 6-9 months the quality of service, management and variety/quality of the products available here have dropped, but the prices haven't. Looks like the usual staff have left (along with the shopping trolleys). Would've appreciated something to put items in while shopping - even just a basket?

I can not believe how expensive everything in this shop was. Compared to other savemarts (which I visit quite regularly) and opshops in general.. pretty disappointed.

I love this store. You can find high-quality clothes for a bargain. Most shoes are very good quality. Friendly staff, good parking space. The only inconvenient is the lack of trollies and baskets. As told by the staff, these were removed because people kept taking them away. What a shame. By the way, the store is on 11 Commerce crescent, not 10.

Great if needing something in a particular color as everything is colour sorted. However the prices are well above most second hand shops and some basic items like singlets are more expensive here than new

It was ok a few years back but new staff have increased the prices so I dont buy like I used to They took away trolleys so makes it hard for older folk to shop here. Beware of damaged clothing as it's a very long process trying to get a refund. Also staff could be a bit nicer.

Why so expensive? To pay 14.99 for a black t-shirt I'd rather go to a first hand store. Beyond that, the changing rooms feel weirdly exposing with the gap above and below the doors being huge which made it was vulnerable but in the worst way. Also there was no one shopping there and the people working there looked miserable but i did find what I was looking for because there really is a huge selection of clothes for all sizes xxxs/womens 4 to xxxxl/women's 26+

Considering all the items are DONATED there should be no reason their so expensive... robbery! Would be okay if you guys were a charity or something... Come on sort it out

Unfortunately they are getting so expensive. I go there mainly to find kids clothes and will occasionally have a good find, a farmers or labelled brand for cheap enough but honestly when I can buy brand new for $5 the prices don't work. See my photo, a brand new $4 tshirt with label still attached being sold for $4.99 ?
