★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not exaggerating, it seriously smells like there is a dead animal somewhere in the foyer and it's been like that for weeks (since I started coming here). Also, the elevator inexplicably jammed up and the doors would open and then slam shut before you'd get a chance to escape. Disabled toilet in pool area door doesn't lock and what appears to be the former brackets on the wall have left holes and rust down the wall. Bit of a dive tbh.
