The staff at the counter looked at the NRV screw mechanism and proceeded to help me find the right O rings for my little project including double checking compatibility of the rubber with the camp fuel. They were helpful and professional. Thanks folks.

The guy behind the counter was super helpful, and I got exactly what I needed for my VW fuel pump in no time. I would have had to buy the entire pump at a VW dealer. I'll go straight there if I need seals in future

If you’re not interest to work there then choose another job, don’t be disrespectful towards those you choose to talk to. Definitely not coming back.
