Usually when I set expectations high for a new product I am happy for the expectations to be met, but in the case our new Crown Jewel bed it is difficult to put in to words how great it truly is... and what an over achiever when it comes to exceeding expectations. We have never slept so good, in any position. The only downside is our kids want to upgrade their beds to Crown Jewel's now, but at least this will keep them out of ours!

β β β β β Delivery was prompt, well before the wait time I expected. Great communication and went off without a hitch (even with me needing to impromtu change the delivery address the day before). The Sunset bed is a massive upgrade from what I was on and I'm very happy with the comfort.

β β β β β We love our queen Treasure Ultra Plush bed, purchased through Big Save Masterton. Following the Sealy reps, and Big Save staff, advice our bed is performing perfectly. What a difference a good nights sleep makes.

β β β β β I am in absolute LOVE with my Treasure Ultra plush, not only does it give me the best support, but itβs hard finding the right bed for me an my partner as we both can never agree together this bed has answered all of our problems in the one ! We enjoy our sleeps x100 better than we have in the past highly recommend to anyone looking for the best/right fit for sleep an comfort ?

β β β β β I would like to share my experience with this company. I purchased Sealy bed and mattress in first lockdown in 2020 to prevent my back pain from one of the dealership Harveys Norman now the issues with the mattress firm is going reduce in the middle portion and down portion as well and this issues I have discussed with Harvey Norman before 6 months ago and I tell them this firm issues and I tell them as well that my back problems is happen again because of this firm issues but every time staff said something so last time Harvey Norman staff told me that they discussed my issues with sealy and sealy will be contact me after Christmas holidays but it's not happen for me because I haven't got any response from them as well and today I emailed to Harvey Norman again to remaind them and got called from them again and they told me that they will contact sealy now and Sealy will contact you today but what happened next again I got a call from the Harvey Norman staff and they told me sealy can't help you because your bed and mattress comfort zone is not under warranty so they can't helping me anymore. So, I would like tell you guys who is thinking about to buy sealy product I heartly request that don't go with this brand and it's just brand and they are playing with people feeling so I request again don't go with this product and save your money.
Card just said 10 years GUARANTEE but it's just showpiece don't trust with this card.
