Great business with incredibly down-to-earth and friendly staff. Good variation of ski’s. Went out for a test ride and they were very helpful.

Sestech are awesome. I've had my outboard serviced elsewhere for years, I had an issue and took it to them ,they did an amazing job. They are extremely honest and take a real pride in their work.thanks

Fantastic service. Took boat in at 8am thinking we wouldn't have any chance of anyone looking at it over Christmas. They fixed our steering straight away and we were back on water by 10.30. Amazing bunch of people who offered fantastic friendly service along with some great advice. We would highly recommend.

It was with some trepidation that I phoned Seatech to install some drive seals after earlier poor service there. My mercruiser drive developed a fluid leak and needed two seals replaced, an easy 15 – 30 min job with the factory tool – what could go wrong? The service manager advised it was Xmas and very busy but agreed to fit this small job in between other work. I delivered the drive to Seatech to find the service manager on the phone and all the service techs standing around waiting. I thought it was morning tea, but no they were simply waiting instructions. After 5 – 10 min they took the drive and phoned me the next day to say it was ready. Collected the drive and thanked them for the service. Next day I checked the drive to find that two seals had been removed but only one installed – really? Phoned Seatech and asked to bring the drive back in for the 2nd seal – but told its Xmas – we are too busy. With no apology for the poor service work, he then proceeded to tell me that “If you know how to do this job properly – then you should do it yourself”. So this is some new Mercury Marine DIY policy is it? Busy? I don’t think they know the meaning of the word – we have 20 clients here over Xmas – that is busy. I have had good service work completed by Nelson, Wellington and Auckland Mercury dealers. Why is the local Picton Mercury service center proving to be such a lemon?

Great experience with a complex modification to our two Merc outboards, both in transom, prop and leg extension. Accurate assessment of the problem, and solution delivered on time, including full explanations and demonstration. Highly recommend.

Couldn't have done more to help. 1pm New years Eve day and our Seadoo reverse bucket gets smashed. The team at Seatech were already half shut with the barbeque going and they all got together , found a solution, fixed the problem and told me to weorry about payment later! All they wanted was for us to get going and go out and have fun. Fantastic service and a fantastic attitude. Thanks
