★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit of a scam... if you do the casual parking you have to leave by 6pm... i arrived at 5:30pm giving myself half an hr to exit... its now 6:15pm and ive gone down half a level.... 2 and half more to go....
You wont find the overstay price written anywhere but its $48...
I called the helpline and they have waivered the fee for me this time so thats a good thing but ive lost an hr or more (who knows when ill actually get out)... but when asked if this is how it is everyday i was given a round about answer
Verdict: potentially worth it if you arent actually working a 9-5 job.. and can go get your car at a crazy early hr.... otherwise i would suggest going elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turned up for my early bird parking the pin number would not work as it the keypad was malfunctioning, rang the phone number which advised me they could not take my call and cut off. Had to park elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Early bird rates are excellent here and great for people who work at CBD BUT it does take a very very long time to exit the car park. Peak periods it will take about 30-40mins to exit, normally on Monday to Wednesday being the worst.
Big potential here, just needs work on the exit traffic flow issue though it may be impossible to resolve due to being a one way street.

The thing is, when someone gets stuck at the exit it makes it impossible to get out of the car park. You guys need to add a new exit, waiting 30 minutes to get out is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't become a monthly parker here!!! I never do this but I feel as though my review may help some people so here we go. I live in the CBD and have paid to park my car here for a year. In that time I've had 6 break-ins. As I work in construction I've had $20000 worth of gear stolen. Is what it is, but this company is suppose to provide security guards which they don't. Being next to the sky tower there are bums continuously hanging out in the stairwells drinking alcohol, using it as a toilet, and harrasing the parkers due to the lack of security. I've helped many people out of the carpark who have been stuck for hours because there are always issues with the barrier arm and the ticket system. I once found an old lady crying because all she wanted to do was go home but had been trapped inside for hours and the customer support on the intercom weren't helpful and rude, so I moved the barrier arm manually so she could leave. All in all do what you want and you don't have to listen to me, but if you're considering becoming a monthly parker here I strongly advise against it. There are other carparks in close proximity where you won't have these issues.
