About Our Business
SECURELY®, the brand name of Electra Services Limited, is a 100% New Zealand owned company sitting within the Electra Group.
Electra has been in the business of delivering 24/7 critical services to the community since the 1920s.
SECURELY® is owned by Horowhenua lines/distribution company, Electra, a Trust operated business. SECURELY® is based in Levin, regional New Zealand, something we are proud of, and it’s a big part of our culture and the way we do business.
Our Locations
SECURELY® has staff spread across three office locations: Head Office Levin, Tauranga, and Lower Hutt along with sales team members based around New Zealand together with a national presence of contracted service staff.
The Electra Group is a well-structured and funded organisation. It has an asset valuation of $275M, a turnover of $46M in 2020, and operates for its more than 45,000 beneficiaries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Along the lines of man cave's review. Horrible people to deal with, the technical team have no idea what they are doing and lack simple experience in the security industry. They will quote from a desk in Levin , never come to site and when not if they get it wrong charge the customer for their mistakes. Zara and Jessica man the desk in the technical team with the technician Dale, combined have the IQ of a 2 year old (square peg round hole). When these people make mistakes they blame it on everyone except them selves. Stay well clear absolute nightmare. !!

Debbie, who loves to argue and cant answer a simple question and comments like "I think" and "maybe" Finally I got the manager who was very arrogant and undermining my wife, even when they admitted their mistake they were still too proud to apologise. Their unprofessional behaviour does not give me much confidence in this company and I just can't deal with people who LIE. Have left Securely it was just a circus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organised to have alarm in my new home sorted day after I moved. It took them 2 weeks and had no alarm in that time, my insurance would not have covered me. Then when it was sorted stopped working an I didn’t know. Took them at least another week to sort it. Not pleased will probably change to another firm

It is our second security system purchased from Securely.
I find it easy to use and like that I can add to it anytime I want, the staff are very friendly and helpful, both past and present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is from a contractors point of view. avoid, avoid, avoid...they presented a very one sided contract with more hooks that a fisherman's trace line. they talk a good game but you have to read all the clauses. They want no obligations and and give little in return but if you accept their " contract" be aware for there are trailing obligations.
