★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: many month later the disapointment is getting worse. Latest highlight: I open a ticket with their "help"desk. Took them 10 minutes to come up with "Ticket closed: can't confirm the identity of this requestor. So close it directly." And why do we pay for this???
Be warned! Using their expense product with the regional package is a nightmare.
I guess they have never really invested in the product to make it useful. Example: There is ONE exchange rate for a currency and it always refers to the main client. So if your HQ is in the US, exchange rate for the Euro is fixed to the US dollar. Well, not helpful when your currency is e.g. the pound.
The web interface is a disgrace. You can't have user settings in your list view. You have to set all changes every time you log on.
