About my experience, with this company .Service king β¦.(?)
So I was contacted by them for a free quote to clean my premises
I explained that I have someone that already does general cleaning ,and I would need them to do a more thorough clean ,all the corners top to bottom once a month , all the areas we donβt normally get cleaned. I was told that would not be a problem at all.
I was given a quote and I signed a contract.
On the first day the cleaner came, and he left half way through the job and said βitβs too much work for him and that he was told it would be a quick clean not a thorough clean.
And that he was not being paid enough
Then I was told by the company that thy would fix it, and send someone ells to finish the job.
This Never happened, then thy said that,
I never said I wanted a proper clean every timeβ¦.and thy said,
and I quote βYour specific needs are quite different to what our staff is accustomed to.β
Specific needs being: clean from top to bottom β¦β¦.not the floors not the counters β¦..So????
So it has been a few weeks now and I have found a more provisional company that is willing to do a perfect job every time.
And I was not going to leave a review but
I have had my own company for 20 years ,and I give great service to my clients.
And if Iβm not up to scratch, I expect my clients to let me know so I can improve.
Too many people accept bad service, and if we donβt speak up it will keep happening
I would not recommend service king to anyone

β β β β β I engaged the cleaning services of Service King to clean my new house before i was due to move in on Friday the 15th of November. I rang the company for a quotation and description of what would be carried out as part of the house clean. I spoke to "Brand Ambassador" Cecilia S who assured me that the clean would be very professional and thorough. I then paid $207 in total. The cleaners arrived on Wednesday morning 13 of November to clean. Two gentlemen arrived and did the clean, i was not available to inspect as i was unable to get time off work. I went to the house in the evening and was shocked and dismayed at the condition of the house. (attached a sample of photographs for reference). I have contacted Service King numerous times and have sent through the photographs of the condition of the house after they had claimed to have cleaned it. I have been emailed by 3 different "Brand Ambassadors" with no resolution as of yet. They are now not responding to my emails, they're last corospondence was that they had undertaken the cleaning to an acceptable standard as promised. In summary i would not even rate this company with a 1 star (unfortunately i've had to, as i can't post my review otherwise) I do not recommend engaging their services.

Very disappointed by your response, i've clearly explained above that my partner did not or was not asked to undertake an inspection of the works, as also stated above, his role was to let the cleaners in and lock up after they had left. Its very apparent from the photographs sent to you after your cleaners had left that the quality of service was substandard and not undertaken correctly. In short your company is neither professional or does it adhere to high standards. Again very disappointing that you accuse me of lying about when the photographs were taken, please refer to snip below of photograph properties, and refer to the date and time of photograph. It was taken on the 13th of November at 7.35pm (the evening time). Please also refer to snip of your confirmation email stating a booking for 13/11/19 at 8am. Again i would strongly recommend that anyone looking to engage a cleaner do not waste your time engaging Service King. I'm still waiting on my refund for your services not undertaken or i will have no option but to take the matter further in order to resolve.

β β β β β I had the carpet in my flat cleaned. They were looking a bit worse for wear, but after the treatment they looked a million times better, smelled fresher and brightened the house. The clean was easy to book and was fairly priced, and the technician did a good job. Would recommend.
