About Settlement Centre Waikato
The Settlement Centre Waikato is a project of HMS Trust. The Centre is owned by Hamilton City Council and the Trust has an operational lease and service delivery agreement with HCC to support the settlement of newcomers – mainly migrant and former refugee communities to Hamilton.
The centre was opened in 2005 and offers an information service and venue hire rooms as well as the home to several settlement support agencies such as English Language Partners, Waikato Refugee Forum, Migrant Youth Training, and Hamilton Multicultural Services Trust.
Newcomers from anywhere in the world will find their contact with the Settlement Centre Waikato invaluable. The Centre offers free information and referrals for service providers and local organisations. There is no charge for accessing information at the centre. We welcome everyone to get in touch with us to find out more about how we can assist you.

β β β β β That Centre is very awesome for me because I done my English and Decypher study.I had spend lots time with Red Cross. That time The Red Cross office were there..now all my volunteer role is at the Te rapa office.I love working with new Refugees families so help them to settle in Neezealand.now that is my role.I enjoy it very much.helping the community is my life long passion. I got gentle soft kind heart.
