★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not know this gem of a place existed in Christchurch let alone 5 minutes up the road!! I googled Machine parts for Singer and emailed to enquire about purchasing a new accessories box for my sewing machine.
Within 24 hours I recieved a super fast reply from Shannon who was able to quickly source the parts I needed quote me and invoice me within a couple of days. Delivery was within a week and the parcel was extremely well packaged. I'm so delighted. I had a follow up email from Shona too. Thank you all I am highly impressed! My sewing machine is whole again with it's accessories box attached!...Awww isn't she cute!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sew It provide great advice and exceptional service. I ordered a couple of items online at 5.50pm on the1st December from their business in Christchurch, it was shipped on the 2nd and delivered to me here in the very Far North before lunch on the 3rd. It doesn't get any better!
Also, I do appreciate their little hand-written notes on the consignment note in the parcel - such a lovely personal touch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the pleasure of dealing with these wonderful people whilst trying to find an attachment for my 1969 model Elna Special sewing machine.
Chris was endlessly patient with me and absolutely understood my needs and requirements. I'm actually a mixed media artist rather than a sewer as such, but, his knowledge and ability to find the bit that would do the job was most impressive as was the assistance rendered by Shona.
We live on the West Coast but the parcel was with me within days. And the big plus was,the piece is absolutely correct and works perfectly.
Very happy customer and I won't hesitate to use them again!

Looking online, I found SewIt who are based in Christchurch, and found exactly what I was looking for: custom, high quality labels. Chris and Campbell have been incredibly supportive of our project and are lovely to deal with (Susan too). Although communication can sometimes be a little slow, they are always helpful, friendly and generous, and their products are just as they are advertised.
