Wendy had released the tension and I have found that I'm sleeping better and can move alot better.

I have gone for pain which was amazing , also stress and anxiety, and emotions as well . Every time I have come out with being painfree and so realxed. Highly recommended.thankyou so much .

I find the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming but professional; as the therapist has great professional networks whenever I've needed to be referred for serious issues (such as physio or osteopath etc). I feel safe in their hands at Shadeofgrey Cottage, that's why I still go there over the last 8 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to say a huge thank you to Wendy at Shadeof grey Cottage for great massages while I prepped for last Bodybuilding Competition. Early on she discovered a bit of muscle imbalance in my back (not ideal for an athlete) which she worked on with massage and I worked on in the gym with my trainer. After the amazing massage sessions and training I'm super happy with the result, a balanced and symmetrical back. Thanks so much Wendy you do amazing things ?
