★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rang to make enquiry about if they do work in Opotiki, I was pretty much fobbed off by the receptionist who presumed I wanted a plumber this week. She said yes we do but no ones available until next year (which I was fully expecting, I actually just wanted to book in for next year when available) before I had the chance to tell her that's fine, she promptly said OK! And hung up ? so that's OK with me, I won't be calling them next year at all

Was never followed up by anyone. 13 days later I rang and emailed to see what's going on, only to be told the same thing. 1 month later still no product, so refund was issued and 5 days after I received my refund. Little to no communication unless I made contact first. If something is unavailable at the time, a consumer should not be able to make the purchase, it should come up with a sold out warning like other Web sites. So you are not disappointed when you have to wait so long.
