And yes shed is up, strong and well built thanks to an awesome, practical builder and building inspector. My husband has unfortunately used the services of sheds 4u, they have since refused to provide adequate GST tax receipts unless this post is removed, supplying adequate GST receipts is deemed as a 'favour' according to Lincoln. Slow to get things done once they've got your money and quiet disorganised. Problems with accuracy. Nice to speak with generally. Prices escalate pretty quickly. Have also heard of another person who's had the same experience. I regret suggesting using this company to my husband. Should also mention if you do use them watch out for wet wood, they will try and cheap out and order wet wood on you to make themselves a little more profit. Thank goodness for the integrity of the actual product supplier and an amazing builder who managed to make things work with a few extra runs to collect bits that were missing. Paid for company to do council submissions but it was returned due to errors and missing essential details, in the end my husband reworked the submission- so he can't be too bad a basic building principals. Rodney Halls review seems pretty accurate too.

S	S M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with them was a bit odd. But because my job is under 40sq metres I have chosen to draw up my own plans and pay 95 dollars to council for a building consent exemption. You/ Handymen can then build it with no builder required.

So happy with initial contact, had to pay deposit in order to get plans to submit to council, no problem. However, 2 years of fighting local council, including involving ombudsman, resulted in stonewalling and no release of permit. Out of our hands completely, not a change of mind situation at all. However, on approaching Sheds4u weve been told that the whole deposit (over 5k) went on the plans. A bit of a Catch 22, but way out of our hands. Really disappointed with the lack of understanding and compassion in our situation from Sheds4U, and being in the contruction industry, thats a high price for shed plans alone. Sorry. Not happy. Wish it could have been different.

Cannot speak highly enough about how professional they were to deal with. Prompt delivery and perfect measurements. They also dealt with our insane council making the build very stress free.Exactly what we ordered. Have put anyone we know that is looking at getting a shed built onto these guys. You wont regret it.
